• My daughter and I purchased an existing hotel and with a team of local builders set about a major renovation of all the rooms and common parts of the building.
  Consequently we needed to upgrade our power supply and install a gas meter. Having dealt with Gerard at Utilitrack on a similar project I had no hesitation in turning to him again to help me. The last thing I wanted to do was start ringing around gas and electricity suppliers whilst I had a team of builders and decorators to co-ordinate.
